El Jefe – Jamaican Hot Chocolate Pepper – 100mL

A tangy spicy sauce based on traditional Jamaican jerk sauce flavors.

El Jefe creates this hot sauce with home grown Jamaican Hot Chocolate peppers. A spicy, habanero type pepper with a fruity taste and a beautiful brown color. They ferment these lovely peppers and then add typical island all spice and a load of spring onion to create a very hot, jerk style hot sauce.

Put it on Everything! this one is really good with BBQ, but also on a sandwich, eggs or whatever you can think of. Just get spicy with it!
